When you book with us you are in effect also booking directly with the property owner or in some cases the property management – or marketing - agent of the owner. Property owners are invited to display their properties on our website, within the operating parameters laid down, free of charge. Each property is vetted prior to being published on our site and has to meet our strict criteria. Availability of each property will be kept up to date and those owners that cannot do so will have the property shown as being on request at all times. We manage all reservations from our call centre that is open for extended hours daily throughout the year. Our operations department co-ordinates closely with owners and agents to ensure that all the property information is kept up to date on a regular basis – they are not just left on our website in a state of limbo: we are pro-active.
