Homosassa Springs is located north of Tampa near Crystal Bay and home to the Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park which offers visitors a chance to observe native plants, birds, many species of fish and animals. Paths in the park lead you past alligator, exotic bird shows and other wildlife. There are a variety of recreational activities in the Homosassa Springs area including fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, golf, tennis and it just a short drive to the Gulf Coast beaches.
Panama City Beach Areas 27 miles of snow white sand with emerald green waters lapping on the sugary shores is one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Exciting activities make this a vacation paradise with family fun in abundance including the Miracle Strip amusement parks, Gulf World marine showcase, Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Park and Shipwreck Island waterpark. South Walton Beaches nestle along the Emerald Coast in the Florida Panhandle with 26 miles of powdery white sand beach, vast stands of pine forests, cool underground springs, marshlands, bays, backwater bayous and crystalline Northwest Florida gulf waters. The beaches along South Walton County remain largely state-owned and preserved in their natural state. Walton County is an anomaly along the Panhandle Highway between the exciting amusements of Panama City Beach and Destin-Fort Walton Beach.
