Harry Price was one of the first "ghost hunters" to become world famous. Among his many talents was a gift for exposing spiritualist frauds. His flamboyant nature and ability to stir the masses made him a controversial figure and he was highly disliked during his life. His most famous case was his investigation into the Borley Rectory, Essex. After Price published a book about the place, it became known as "the most haunted house in England." The book highlights a series of hauntings in the place. Witnesses have claimed to see ghostly nuns, servant bells ringing from nowhere, unexplained footsteps, and a phantom coach driven by two headless horsemen. The craziness only grew worse when Price arrived to investigate and while many were skeptical, many others believe to this day that Price was a true conjurer. One of the best.

No matter what you believe about Price, he was the first of his kind and opened up doors that are still being used today on shows like Paranormal Lockdown and more.
